AVAILABILITY

We have a variety of spaces to accommodate most any group.

FOOD MENUS & PRICING
  • We offer a variety of menu options at various price points. We will customize a menu based on your specific requests.
  • Our menus change seasonally to take advantage of the season’s best offerings and quality ingredients.
  • Our chefs are willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
  • Your Event Manager will assist you with the menu planning process.
SECURITY

We require the use of security for some functions. This is to ensure peace of mind for you and your guests. Security personnel are used for ID, guest list checking, VIP banding, crowd control and overall safety. We recommend one security person for every fifty guests. If a security team is necessary, your event manager will assist in arranging security for an additional charge.

RENTALS AND DECORATION

We can provide most of your event needs, however some items such as flowers and other decoration may be desired. These will be the responsibility of the client. Your Event Manager can assist you with arranging rentals for your event for an additional charge.

RENTAL FEES VS. FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
  • Depending on the location of the event and the date, time and season, a rental fee may apply.
  • Your Event Manager will determine your specific food & beverage minimum. This is dependant upon the date, time and season of your event.
  • If the agreed amount is not spent, the remaining amount will be charged as a rental fee.
BEVERAGE MENUS & PRICING
  • We offer a broad selection of beer, wine and spirits at various price points.
  • Our beverage selection changes seasonally to take advantage of the season’s best offerings.
  • Our Bar Manager will gladly customize a specialty cocktail for your event upon request.
  • Beverage packages will be priced per hour. A cash bar option is also available. Your Event Manager will assist you in selecting the best beverage package for your event.
SERVICE CHARGE
  • A 20% gratuity and a 5% booking fee will be automatically added to the subtotal of your event.
  • Some setup, break down and event management fees may apply.
NOTES

Minimums for Events Scheduled April-October
Any event for 20 or more guests will incur a $3,000 food and beverage minimum

Skybar events ending at 9PM or before on a Friday or Saturday night – $4,000 food and beverage minimum

Skybar events including time after 9PM on a Friday or Saturday night – $8,000 food and beverage minimum

Maximum Capacity for Seated Dinner Events
Skybar – 25 guests
Reserve – 100 guests (50 per room)

Maximum Capacity for Cocktail Events
Skybar – 200
Reserve – 120

The Skybar will remain open to the public during private events unless specifically noted. Skybar may be closed to the public for an additional fee. Reserve events will be private.
